Rachel teaches a range of courses in Ballymaloe Cookery School throughout the year.

We will be at "Taste of Dublin" in the Iveagh Gardens this weekend, from June 13-16 2013.

Some of the World’s most acclaimed food writers are coming to Cork this May bank holiday weekend for readings, talks, panel discussions, demos, tastings, producer visits, foraging expeditions, lunches & dinners.

This promises to be one of the most entertaining, instructive and popular courses of the year. For two and a half days you will have an opportunity to watch Darina and Rachel demonstrate how to make dozens of dishes designed for ‘easy entertaining’ plus you’ll get two practical sessions in which to try out selected recipes for yourself.

They will be incorporating plenty of ingredients from the school’s organic farm and they will offer a good selection of fish, meat and vegetarian recipes for appetizers, starters, mains and puddings.

To celebrate the announcement of their showrooms remaining on Upper Erne Street, Dublin 2 Houseworks Ltd will host an instore event from 6pm to 8.30pm on Thursday March 21 st , 2013.
